Frequently asked questions
What you most often ask us on the phone. If you do not find your answer here, call us.
How quickly can I rent equipment?
We keep most of our equipment in stock in Hradec Králové and usually have it ready within two working days. Smaller tools are often ready the same day – call +420 777 675 051 and we will tell you straight away.
Do you deliver equipment to the site?
Yes. We deliver straight to the site anywhere in the Czech Republic, most often around Hradec Králové and Pardubice. You can collect smaller tools from us in Hradec Králové – it is 10 minutes from Pardubice. On larger jobs, such as a roller rented for a month, delivery is included. Otherwise we work out the transport cost from the distance and the size of the machine, and tell you in advance.
Do you rent at weekends and outside opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 7:00–16:00, but by arrangement over the phone we also hand over and take back equipment outside those hours. Weekend rentals are routine – just arrange them with us in advance.
Can I buy a machine after renting it?
Yes, and we recommend it. For larger machines the safest route is a trial rental: you try the machine on your own job and buy it if it suits you. Part of the rent is then credited towards the purchase price.
Do I need a licence to operate a mini excavator?
In the Czech Republic, you do not normally need an operator's licence for machines up to 3.5 tonnes working on your own land, but responsibility for safety at work always lies with whoever runs the site. At handover we familiarise you with the machine and show you how to operate it.
Where can we find you?
Since 1 January 2026 at Medkova 507/38, 500 02 Hradec Králové – Pražské Předměstí, behind the Olfin Car vehicle inspection station. The registered office remains at Jana Černého 366/1, Hradec Králové.
