What data we process

Who has access to your data
Only employees of SC Koutský s.r.o. who are authorised to process this data have access to personal data, and in some cases contractors who provide services connected with data processing (for example, IT support). Your personal data is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
We keep your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained, or for the period set by law. After that, the data is securely destroyed.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you also have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Data security
Personal data is protected by suitable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or destruction. Only authorised persons have access to it, and it is processed solely in accordance with the applicable laws.

This website uses cookies and similar storage in your browser. Necessary cookies are always active. We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent; without it, these tools are not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the site.
Analytics cookies are provided by Google Analytics and marketing cookies by Google Ads, both from Google, and by Sklik from Seznam.cz. Data for Google may be transferred to the USA under the Data Privacy Framework. We record your consent without a name and without an IP address, only with a random identifier.
When you send an enquiry, we also store how you reached the website, for example the name of an advertising campaign or the previous website. We use this to evaluate where enquiries come from. The online shop at eshop.sckoutsky.cz has its own cookie settings.
